Wspomnienia z praktyk w Granadzie

| Monika Dymek

Hi Tommy
I didn’t write to you for the month, sorry about that, but it because of my monthly internship in Spain, exactly in great city Granada.
I worked ina  small village restaurant “Panema”. It was great experience. I worked from 11:30 to 16:30, and every day I did different job, from washing dishes to normal worker job, like preparing dishes for consumers.
Mostly, I really enjoyed this month, the great trips to other cities like Sevilla or Malaga. It was interesting to learn the culture of this country and meet  new people. I liked living by myself, without help from parents, that was good experience as well.
Of course, not everything was like in fairy tales, the biggest minus was a house, it was too small and uncomfortable for this number of people. Another thing, what just annoyed me, is siesta, almost everything get closed around 4 hours in the middle of the day, but if you adapt to this, it is  not a big problem.
So it’s all I want to tell you, I really want to come back there on vacation, maybe you would like to come with me.
Bye
Oleksii Pshenychnikov

Hello John,
I have Just came back to Poland from Spain. We stayed in a beautiful city called Granada. We were here for 28 days. We were doing internships there which I will explain you in next part of my message.
So I worked in a Little restaurant called Panema Gastrobar. There were 3 in Granada and I have done my internships in the Panema in Albolote the Little country in the north of Grenada. I had to go 30 minutes by underground to reach my work but IT was worth. In Panema we had a big room where the customers could eat, The Littlegarden for the same purpose, some toilet, storage room and my favourite - kitchen. I had to prepare some semi – products like patatas bravas, patatasespecial or croqietos. I was serving out some dishes as well. IT was so satisfying when you give someone something that you did yourself and customer enjoys IT and a plate comes back empty. Of course i had to clean the kitchen too. After that i could go back home.
Okay, let’s end talking about my job. Now i will tell you something about what i enjoyed the most. Meetings in our apartment were great, we talked much and we were laughing a lot, we also prepared some polish dishes because polish food is something we missed the most. I enjoyed trips to Malaga the beautiful, charming city on oneside followed by sea and one the other one surrounded by Mountains. Excursión to Sewilla was awesome. Sewilla is a wonderful capital city of Andalucía.
And Now it’s time to complain about things that i didnt enjoy. Travelling from my home to my working place was the worst thing i had to deal with... I had to Wake up an hour before I started work, to go to the underground station and travel 30 minutes, listening to the Man in the speakers saying „proxíma parada”. Thats all i have for you, i hope we will go to Granada together.
Best regards,
Kacper Lasek

Hello Nina,

How are you? I'm writing to tell you about the traineeships in Spain which I took part in the last month. With selected people from my school we went to Granada in Spain. We were divided into groups and assigned to different workplaces. I worked in "design cars", this is a car paint shop on the outskirts of town and my job was to wash the cars and keep the workplace tidy.

Outside of work, there were also trips, during which we visited Spain and learned about the culture of this country.
What I like the most about Spain is how different this country is from Poland It's much warmer there, people have a light a ttitude to life and it's very fun there
The only thing I didn't like while in Spain was the food. People there have a completely different taste than in Poland.

Let me know what do you think about it.

Bye,

Sebastian Michałowski

Hey, XYZ!

I just got back from my internship in Spain. Me and a group of people from my school left on February 13th and flew to Granada, a beautiful city in Spain. We lived in downtown. The whole stay lasted for a month. I had an internship at the 4-star Urban dream hotel in the kitchen, and i met there some wonderful people who became my friends. My working place was dominated by men but there were 2 waitresses too! At work, I had to cut a lot of vegetables and fruits. I had to peel shrimp, potatoes, pineapples and melone as well. In Spain, I liked the city where we lived, Granada is full of beautiful places. There's nothing I didn't like. Spain is full of wonderful people who are very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Together with my friend Emilia, we were on one shift, we got job offers in a hotel where we had internships. We're supposed to start work next year. I highly recommend to come to Spain and see how beautiful this country and people are. Greetings!

 Hi Aneta!
How are you? It’s been a long time since our last meetnig. A few days ago I came  back from intership in Spain that lasted for a month. I lived in the city of Granada. I worked at the Panema restaurant in the center of Granada. In August, I worked in the same restaurant but in a different city.
The restaurant was large, most of time I was working in the kitchen washing dishes or cleaning. Sometimes I had to serve tapas. These are such Spanish appetizers. The chefs were nice, they were changing every three days.
I enjoyed weekend trips the most. I most remember a trip to Sevilla and Màlaga. They were beautiful places with lots of restaurants, shops and wonderful views. I didn’t like the look of the apartament, the furniture was old and there wasn’t much space in the rooms. Everything else was ok.
It’s all i have for you now. I will tell you more when we meet. I hope we will go to Granada together one day.
Best regards
Daria Piotrowska

Hi Andrew!

How are you doing?
I just got back from an internship in Granada as a mechanic/painter. My class and I spent a whole month there, it was really wonderful.
My workshop was on the outskirts of Granada. It wasn't big, but it wasn't small either. When I told my boss that I was working as a mechanic in my country, he was happy. From then on, he gave me cars to repair, I replaced brake pads and discs, and he taught me how to work on the vulcanizing machine. After the internship we had time to ourselves, so we explored different parts of the city and not only that, because on weekends we had trips to different cities. we were in Seville, Cordoba, Ronda and Malaga. I personally think that the best city we were in was Seville. the view was indescribable. it was really wonderful. during this trip I had nothing to complain about. I would go there again. Let me know how you are doing! Bye!

Sometimes I worked with a boss. I was afraid of him because he didn't Look nice. When he came he didn't say good morning or goodbye. I really enjoyed the trips .I like the most the trip to Malaga.Malaga is wonderful and charming city. The views were breathtaking .I went to harbour with my friends .The sea was so clean .I saw some beautfiul Fishes and shells. The weather was beautiful, the Sun was shining. There was 26 degrees celsjus. I love this city.I would like to live there.
I didn't enjoy  intership because I didn't learn something new .Sometimes I feel unwanted there .It was great that I didn't work more than five hours .
Despite the uninteresting interships I really liked Spain if you have such a chance use it.
What's up with you and please give me a quick reply ,I hope we'll meet you this summer .
